Hi, and welcome to Spiritually Whole.
Here you’ll find observations and ponderings about living a meaningful life, seeking wisdom, serving others, finding connection, realising inner peace, and caring for the planet.
As we travel along our unique spiritual paths, let’s learn from each other, the past, and the world around us, so that we can better look to and plan for the future.
Interactions that have past, conversations that were had, books and ideas that were read, documentaries that were watched, and experiences that were lived all help to shape the thoughts and reflections shared here.
Because, although we may have individual paths, we do not journey alone. We are in constant community with each other and life all around us.
Let’s embrace and lean into that.
I am glad you stopped by.
…
Introduction, take two. A second perspective, if you will.
Welcome to Spiritually Whole.
A blog, of sorts, about spiritually-type things.
Let’s see how it goes.
For the time being, there will be new posts on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday. Usually.
Depending on where you are in the world, those might be completely different days for you.
But, for where I am, those will be days with new posts.

The newsletter will be sent to you via email on Sunday (again, my Sunday. Maybe your Monday? Who knows.).
You can sign up for the newsletter, here. (also, coming soon)
Brace yourself.
We veer from the traditional here.
We try to centre ourselves in hope on this blog, and in this newsletter, but I make no promises.
A reverence for the Divine won’t always be reflected here.
There is no true disrespect intended, but sometimes I just need a bit of off-gassing. Who doesn’t?
Life can be challenging.
Frustrations and disappointment can build up.
So, here, I may vent as a result of the human-side of things, rather than really taking issue with any divine entity or the nature of the universe.
That being said, I see love and gratitude in everything. Most days. Sometimes it’s really buried down deep. You have to really get stuck in and dig through the mud to find it. I’m okay digging.
Maybe you don’t mind digging, too.
For the words you’ll find here, maybe sometimes you’ll be able to relate. Maybe sometimes you’ll find food for thought. Or tips for digging.
We are, after all, in this together.
So, maybe we can wade through the muck together, too. To find the beauty therein.
Happy digging.
